How it is calculated

Your plan is picked automatically from your product count and ad spend: above the Starter limit it becomes Growth.
Calls: none, every 2 weeks or weekly, each 30 minutes.
Above the Growth limit, each +5 main products and each +$5,000 of ad spend adds +$250/mo. Over 25 products or $50,000, by quote.
You pick a separate plan for each marketplace; pricing is per marketplace.
When you enter a new marketplace, translating your plan's products is included (English, German, French, Italian, Turkish).
Your ad budget is not included; it is paid directly to Amazon.
The price of A-to-Z management is set in the intro call.
