Is the ad budget paid to you?
No. The ad budget is paid directly to Amazon (or Meta, Google) from your account. You only pay us the service fee.
How long is the contract?
Packages are monthly with no minimum term; you can cancel any time from your panel and keep access until the end of the paid period. A-to-Z team management also has no minimum term and ends with 30 days' notice.
Do you take a share of revenue or profit?
Not on the Ads, Brand and Ads + Brand packages; those are a fixed monthly fee. The A-to-Z team management fee is set in the intro call.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee results on Amazon. We show in writing what we measure and what we did each week.
How do you access my account?
We connect through Amazon's official consent screen; we never ask for your password. You can revoke access any time.
How does A-to-Z team management start?
You fill in the eligibility form, we get back to you, we work out the scope on a call and send a written quote. If capacity is full you join the waiting list in order.
Do variations count as products?
Pricing is based on main products. Starter covers 5 main products and up to 25 of their variations (color, size); Growth covers 10 main products. Above Growth, each +5 main products adds $250 per month; over 25 products is by quote.
What if my ad spend exceeds the plan limit?
BoldRanks Brain monitors your spend every day and sends you an automatic notice if anything unusual happens; your advisor sends written comments every week. If spend goes over the Starter limit ($5,000), the package moves to Growth; above the Growth limit ($10,000), each additional $5,000 adds $250 per month. Over $50,000 is by quote.
I sell in more than one country.
You pick a package for each marketplace. Pricing is per marketplace. When you enter a new marketplace, translation of your package products is included (English, German, French, Italian, Turkish; other languages coming soon).
What does the advisor do?
You are assigned an advisor. Every two weeks or every week you have a 30-minute online call: recent results, priorities and your questions. After the call, what was discussed and the next steps come by email. Every 3 months there is an overall review. The Ads, Brand and Ads + Brand packages also include the 24/7 chatbot.
Do you build Shopify stores?
Yes, on quote: setup, product import and an inventory link with Amazon.
Do you bring traffic from outside Amazon?
Yes: Meta and Google ads driving traffic to your Amazon product; Amazon, one channel, $749 a month. The ad budget is paid directly to the platform. Affiliate and influencer work is only in A to Z.
Will I be profitable in month one?
For a new brand, usually not; the first months are an investment. We say so up front. See the sample P&L.
Which languages do you work in?
Turkish and English. We translate listings into English, German, French, Italian and Turkish; other languages are coming soon. Package products are translated free when you enter a new marketplace; other products are $39 each.
Do you work on Walmart or other marketplaces?
Not right now. We focus on Amazon and Shopify; you can tick Walmart interest on the form and we'll announce it if there is demand.
